Prohibited Requests on FAVA

In accordance with FAVA App guidelines, the following activities are classified as prohibited activities to ensure user safety: any illegal activity, possession of firearms, weapons, or hazardous materials, handling controlled substances, carrying large amounts of cash or valuables, performing medical procedures or administering medication, transporting medical waste or prescriptions, and dealing with highly dangerous animals.

Engaging in intimate or sexual activity, entering private bedrooms or bathrooms without clear necessity, sharing sensitive ID documents, and services requiring professional licenses, such as electricians, therapists, and plumbers, are all considered prohibited activities under the FAVA App guidelines, ensuring user safety.

Unattended childcare or unsupervised child transport is strictly regulated under the FAVA App guidelines. Additionally, providing care for vulnerable individuals without supervision, as well as performing tasks requiring special certification (such as CDL, medical, or legal), falls under prohibited activities. Entering a house when the requester is not present is also not allowed unless there is a mutual agreement to do so. 

It is important to note that routine kid pickups with parental permission are permitted, as this is considered a core use case and does not violate user safety regulations.

The FAVA App guidelines prohibit activities such as fake offers, pyramid schemes, and any requests meant to collect personal data. Additionally, practices like multi-level marketing or recruiting are also not allowed to ensure user safety.
